There are now appointments with GPs and nurses available to book outside of the standard GP practice opening hours.

Ask at reception desks for availability (at present this is a very limited service).

Same Day Urgent Service (SDUS)

This is part of our day to day running of the practice and patients may (when appropriate) expect to be booked F2F/telephone appointments at the SDUS also especially when we have reached capacity here at the surgery. The F2F appointments will be offered at Pembroke Centre, Pembroke Road, Ruislip, Middlesex, HA4 8NQ and Mead House, Mead House Lane, Hayes, UB4 8EW.

Out of Hours & Emergencies

After hours and at weekends please use 111 online or call 111. It is important to remember that only really urgent calls should be made at night. The nearest hospital with an Accident and Emergency department is Hillingdon Hospital. However, this is for emergencies only and not for general medical problems and advice. A minor injuries unit is available at Mount Vernon Hospital.

If you have run out of regular medication please remember that the pharmacists are able to issue you with an emergency supply until the practice is open and therefore please contact your pharmacist first.

This is a telephone advice service sponsored by the government which is available to all 24 hours per day. The NHS 111 service is staffed by a team of fully trained advisers, supported by experienced nurses and paramedics who are able to give advice on medical questions and direct you to the appropriate person to deal with problems.
