Wallasey Medical Centre is still experiencing a disruption in its clinical computer system which we use to access patient records. This is affecting consultations and the issue of prescriptions. If you are expecting a call from the practice this is likely to be significantly delayed.

If you have a face-to-face appointment please still attend.In an emergency please use 111 online Get help for your symptoms - NHS 111. This is an issue affecting all England practices on the same clinical system. All efforts are being made to resolve this situation as quickly as possible.

Don't forget that local pharmacies can offer advice and consultations for certain conditions and minor ailments.
